The now annual event was held for the 12th time and drew nearly 7,500 participants onto the streets for the Moy Park Belfast City Half Marathon.

Starting at Ormeau Embankment, those taking part made their way through the south, north, east and west of the city before finishing right back where they started.

And the first man home in what was a record breaking year – the biggest half marathon ever held in Northern Ireland – was Letterkenny’s Stephen McAuley.
