The San Francisco 49ers ruled out star pass rusher Nick Bosa for the rest of the game against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 3. Bosa was seen giving the coaching staff up in the booth a thumbs down after walking to the locker room. Bosa did not return after visiting the blue medical tent.

Bosa was ruled out with a knee injury. While there’s certainly a chance it could be disastrous for Bosa, this video from Dr. David J. Chao suggests Bosa avoided any serious injury that could be season-ending. He believes it could be a lesser injury, perhaps involving Bosa’s meniscus.
