NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — A Brooklyn family is speaking out exclusively to PIX11 News about the tragic death of their beloved matriarch.
Nina Kravtsov, 89, was allegedly killed by her 95-year-old roommate at Seagate Rehabilitation Center and Nursing Center. Now the family is demanding changes so that no other family has to suffer like they are suffering.
“It’s a dream, a horrible, horrible dream,” Lucy Flom, Kravtsov’s daughter, told PIX11 News.
Flom is still trying to understand the tragic way her mother died at Seagate rehabilitation and nursing center in Brooklyn last Sunday night. Kravtsov was found in her nursing home room, unresponsive and bloody, with gash marks on her face and head.
Prosecutors say she was beaten to death with parts of a wheelchair by her new 95-year-old roommate
