CHELAN COUNTY, Wash. -- Evacuations are in place for a wildfire burning near Wenatchee on Sunday afternoon, according to Chelan County Emergency Management.
The Labor Mountain Fire is burning at about 7,618 acres, or roughly 12 square miles and is roughly 7% contained, as of Sunday afternoon.
According to CCEM, the Labor Mountain Fire spread to Chelan County overnight on Sunday from Kittitas County.
CCEM said the evacuation levels are difficult to describe due to the "many Forest Service roads involved."
