KINGSTON, Pa. — Sunday marked the final day of the summer season, and some residents in Luzerne County took the time to get outdoors.

Some folks went to Frances Slocum Park in Kingston Township to enjoy their last day of summer.

"Well, the whole family, it's our last get together for the season, so we figure what a better place. My sister that passed away, she always said don't stop getting together, and this was her favorite place.", said Pamela Kasper.
