LITTLETON, Colo. (Gray News) – Firefighters in Colorado made sure some cats caught in a fire did not lose any of their nine lives last week.
The South Metro Fire Rescue posted video of a cat being given oxygen through a mask on Sept. 15 after the animal was rescued from a house fire in Littleton, located south of Denver.
Fire officials said all members of the home were fortunately evacuated.
They also said a total of four cats were rescued, and the ones in need of oxygen were given some through masks when they were out of harm’s way.
Officials said a cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
