A dog was abandoned near a McDonald's in Nashua , New Hampshire, last week, and now police are seeking information on the suspect, who was seen on surveillance video tying the dog to the fence and then concealing his face before leaving the area in a car that was waiting for him.
Nashua police shared two pictures to their Facebook page on Friday , one showing the dog tied to the fence, and the other a still from the surveillance video that shows the person involved in this incident that appears to have occurred around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17, outside of the McDonald's on Northeastern Blvd.
