SACRAMENTO -- The man arrested for allegedly firing gunshots at the ABC station in Sacramento is expected to appear in federal court Monday.

Police say a 64-year-old man was arrested at his Sacramento home early Saturday morning.

He was released after posting bail. However, hours later, he was arrested by the FBI for allegedly violating a federal statue which has to do with interference to radio communications of stations, which are federally licensed.

The suspect's neighbors were surprised by the arrest.

"He was a nice guy. But then after hearing all this, we were we're just like, 'What? What happened?'" said neighbor Emily Alves.
