SPOKANE, Wash. -- Washington State Patrol suspects a driver of being under the influence and causing a crash on I-90 that sent five to the hospital including a 1-year-old.
According to WSP, 26-year-old Johnathan Schur was heading west on I-90 near Highway 395 around 2 p.m. Sunday.
WSP says Schur was speeding and rear-ended another westbound vehicle.
Four people in the other vehicle were sent to the hospital including a 1-year-old girl. Schur was also hospitalized.
WSP suspects Schur of being under the influence, and he faces vehicular assault charges.
