The devastated family of a two-year-old suspected murder victim have paid an emotional tribute to the little girl who loved dancing and was "always full of smiles". Isabelle Rose Welsh died after being taken to hospital following reports of concerns for her welfare.

Cleveland Police had attended Hartington Close, in Thornaby, at about 4.20pm on Saturday, September 13, and arrested a man and woman the following day. As reported Alexandra Walker, 25, and Harrison Simpson, 21, appeared in court last week accused of the two-year-old girl's murder.
