Calliope Restaurant is adjusting to life after being named a Top-50 Best Restaurant to eat at in America by New York Times. They're in high(er) demand, but their passion and care remain the same.

Chef Khaled AlBanna, part-owner, says when he learned of the news, he sat in silence for what felt like 30 minutes. He and co-owner Raven Humphry didn't start this as a goal; rather, they describe the restaurant's birth as exactly that —a childbirth. Pour into it and let it develop.

Three-plus years later, Calliope is still doing that, and the latest milestone is a top-50 nod from the NY Times.
