CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The suspect in downtown Cincinnati’s “violent attack” who is accused of punching a woman in her face and knocking her unconscious returns to court Monday seeking a huge bond reduction.
Hamilton County prosecutors object, but Patrick Rosemond’s attorney contends his $500,000 bond is “excessive,” “punitive,” and “grossly disproportionate to these charges,” court records show.
Rosemond, who was apprehended in Atlanta, Georgia, is requesting a $100,000 bond that, upon release from jail, be secured with just 10%, according to the motion.

Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Alison Hatheway will decide whether to lower his bond at 9 a.m.
His pretrial will also be held at that time.
