NEW CANAAN, Conn. (WTNH) -- A Manchester man is facing charges in a harassment complaint from 2018, New Canaan police said.

Joshua Lipson, 29, was charged with harassment in the second degree and disseminating voyeuristic material.

Lipson was arrested on an extraditable warrant on Tuesday at the Essex County Correctional Facility, police said.

Police said the incident is domestic in nature and no other information will be released.

Lipson was released on a $50,000 bond. His court date was set for Sept. 17.
