The University of Toledo’s Institute of American Constitutional Thought and Leadership will host a presentation about civic education on Thursday, in honor of Constitution Day.

Paul Carrese, the founding director of Arizona State University’s School of Civic and Economic Thought and Leadership, will present “The Constitution and Civic Education” at noon in room 1002 of the Law Center, 1825 W. Rocket Dr.

Constitution Day is an annual observation that commemorates the adoption and signing of the U.S. Constitution on Sept. 17, 1787.
