KYLE, Texas — Three teenagers are in custody in connection with a shooting that injured another teen in late July, Kyle police announced Monday.

The shooting happened around 6 p.m. on July 29 in the 700 block of Hometown Parkway , according to police.

Investigators identified one of the suspects as Diego Alejandro Tijerina, 18, of Buda. The identities of the other two suspects have not been released because they are juveniles.

All three suspects face charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, deadly conduct and engaging in organized criminal activity.
