LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Two men were injured in two separate shootings over the weekend in Lansing.

The Lansing Police Department (LPD) reports that officers were dispatched to the 1800 block of Elizabeth Street after receiving calls of shots fired on Saturday.

Police say that they were notified that a 22-year-old man was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound.

The man was shot in the ear and has non-life-threatening injuries.

On Sunday, LPD officers were dispatched to the 5700 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue after receiving reports of a shooting.

Police arrived to find a man with a gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.

No arrests have been made in connection with either shooting.

Both investigations remain ongoing.
