ASHEVILLE, N.C. —

A person was found shot inside a vehicle with an infant also inside the car, according to Asheville police.

Police said they were called to Deaverview Road late Sunday night about multiple gunshot wound victims.

Officers said they found two victims. They said one of those victims was found inside a vehicle with an infant in a car seat.

Officers also located a third victim inside a home.

All three victims were taken to Mission Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

While canvassing the area, officers found 46 shell casings and 5 projectiles, along with damage to four apartments and 10 vehicles.
