MUNCIE, IN — Delaware County Prosecutor Eric Hoffman is seeking dismissal — based on a gender identification issue — of a motion filed by a Muncie father convicted in the 2015 slaying of his infant son.

Cory Michael Wallace, now 33, was sentenced in October 2016 to 72 years in prison after he was convicted of five felony charges stemming from the death of his 4-month-old son, Jensen, in February 2015.
