MASON CITY, Iowa — The NIACC Foundation and NIACC Library are hosting a three-day book sale from October 7-9 at the North Iowa Area Community College campus. Open to the public,

the sale runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Activity Center.

With over 1,000 books available, the sale offers a variety of genres at affordable prices: 50 cents for paperbacks and $1 for hardcovers. Proceeds support NIACC’s Emergency Textbook Fund, which helps students with textbook costs in financial emergencies.

"Access to textbooks and course materials is fundamental to student achievement," said Andrea Mujica, Assistant Director of the Foundation. The fund assists students facing challenges such as family deaths, theft, or medical bills.
