EAST HAMPTON, Conn. (WTNH) — A Middletown man was arrested on Sept. 12 after allegedly stealing a car and evading police, the East Hampton Police Department said.
James Ross, 44, was charged by warrant with the following: • Larceny of a motor vehicle • Evading responsibility • Illegal operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license • Failure to drive right
He was held on a $50,000 bond and was arraigned on Thursday.
