MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — First United Bank & Trust is proud to introduce Carmen Pennington as the Regional Retail Manager for the Morgantown area, said Amy Garner, Managing Director of Retail.

Pennington will lead and develop the retail advisor team across multiple community offices. In this role, she will provide strategic sales leadership, oversee community office operations, and ensure performance goals are met with excellence.
