GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - A Grand Island teenager is facing charges after police identified him as the suspect who fired at vehicles and a home earlier this month .

Ernesto Villazana, 18, is charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm and use of a firearm to commit a felony, both felony charges.

He is also charged with two misdemeanors for theft by unlawful taking and criminal attempt - criminal mischief.

According to Hall County Court records, officers responded to a report of gunshots near W 16th and N Cedar after residents of the home said their house had been hit by a bullet.

GIPD said officers located a bullet hole in the siding of the house with the bullet going through the wall, directly above the master bedroom mattress.
