OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Here are a few items on the agenda for Tuesday’s Omaha City Council meeting:

No. 9: A vote on a resolution concerning the city setting the tax levy.

No. 48: A public hearing to to approve the agreement with the county on the 911 service through 2035 with the opportunity to opt out in 2030.

No. 49: A public hearing on creating a new chapter in the Omaha Municipal Code governing local activities permitted under Nebraska Medical Cannabis Regulation Act.

No. 50: A public hearing on making it illegal to create encampments on public property.
