A former teacher at Belton High School is now facing state charges for invasive visual recording as well as federal child pornography charges.

The City of Belton Public Relations department said on Monday, Sept. 22 that Pietro Victor Giustino, a former teacher at Belton High School, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Task Force in Bexar County on state criminal charges of invasive visual recording of "several female high school students in a classroom setting."

Giustino was previously arrested in July on child pornography charges as part of a federal investigation by the FBI. The City of Belton said the depictions in the federal case did not involve local students, but said that during the inves
