NORTHAMPTON — Developer Todd Marchefka bought the 35,829-square-foot industrial property at 115 Industrial Drive on Sept. 9 for $2.95 million.

The transaction was recorded at the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds and reported by Region Commercial, which facilitated the transaction on behalf of the sellers.

The seller, Wright Architectural Millwork, which purchased the property in 2001, has bought a larger facility on Sheridan Street in Chicopee.

Marchefka, who owns another building nearby in the same industrial park, said he has no specific plans for the property right now.

The Northampton building includes executive office space, dock doors and truck access, according to a statement from Region Commercial.
