The Whitfield County District Attorney’s Office says a Rocky Face man has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term after pleading guilty to multiple domestic violence-related offenses.

Chandler Officer entered guilty pleas on September 19, 2025, to charges of Terroristic Threats, Felony Battery Family Violence, Violation of a Family Violence Order, Cruelty to Children in the Third Degree, and Simple Assault. His combined sentence includes 14 years to serve, after the court also revoked the balance of his probation from earlier convictions of Aggravated Assault, Stalking, and Disorderly Conduct.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Victor Perez with support from DA Investigator Aaron Simpson. Superior Court Judge Cindy Morris presided over the proceedings and accepted the
