PETTIS COUNTY, MO - Formal charges have been filed against a Warsaw man accused in a pursuit, and of drug possession.

Pettis County deputies claim Michael Muldoon, 31, was located in a reportedly stolen vehicle Friday near Johnson County on Route 50. The pursuit led through LaMonte as well as over east and westbound lanes. Tire deflation was executed near Carroll Road on 50, but the vehicle continued east, ultimately driving off-road into a bean field. A K9 pursuit on foot led to Muldoon's capture. Methamphetamine was allegedly located in the vicinity. He was jailed on four felonies, including tampering with a vehicle, and with evidence.
