HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - Indiana Governor Mike Braun was in Poseyville Monday to break ground on a new housing development supported by READI Grants.

Officials say the Farming Ridge Housing Development is a 90 lot sub-division that will bring more affordable workforce housing to residents in Posey County. Although the celebration had to move indoors due to weather, organizers say the excitement did not stop for what's coming.

Construction is expected to begin in the coming months.
