MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) - Minot residents will get the chance to meet and learn more about the finalists to be the next city manager.

On Tuesday, Sept. 30, the three finalists will interview with the city privately.

Later in the day, they’ll take part in an interview panel with the public.

You’ll get to hear from Tom Joyce, the acting city manager, David Lakefield, who’s also the city’s finance director, and David Kees from Texas, who serves as an independent contractor in the business development field.

The position opened up when former city manager Harold Stewart resigned earlier this year and took a similar position in Washington state.

The panel starts at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall.
