CONEY ISLAND — After 22 years on the bench as a criminal court judge, Hon. Miriam Cyrulnik, referred to by her colleagues and friends as a brilliant jurist with a heart of gold, officially stepped down from her position the evening of Sept. 17 at Gargiulo’s Restaurant, before more than 200 guests.
Dozens of judges, lawyers and bar association presidents attended the retirement gala, which even included a special appearance by New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli.
