BELLMEAD, Texas (KWTX) - A shoplifter caught on camera being a “little too friendly” with an underage accomplice was charged after police found lewd and pornographic photos of the juvenile on his phone, an arrest warrant alleges.

Brayden James Pilgram, 20, was charged with theft and possession of child pornography, according to court documents.

On Sept. 18, Bellmead Police Department officers were dispatched to the Walmart at 1521 Interstate 35 to investigate a theft.

The police officers learned a girl and Pilgram were caught stealing from the retailer, the arrest warrant states.

Loss prevention employees told police Pilgram is seen on surveillance footage putting his finger in the girl’s mouth and the girl is seen trying to bite his finger, the warrant further states.
