COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Construction is underway on a new Barnes and Noble coming to Colorado Springs!

The Pikes Peak Regional Building Department said the store will be at 3173 Cinema Point, located in the First and Main Town Center on the east side of Colorado Springs, near Ulta and Dick’s Sporting Goods.

According to the Barnes and Noble website, this location will include a Barnes and Noble Cafe.

This new location will be the third Barnes and Noble in the city. Others are located at 1565 Briargate Boulevard, near the Chapel Hills Mall, and at 795 Citadel Drive East, near the Citadel Mall.

The store is expected to open in February 2026, according to the Barnes and Noble website.
