MARLIN, Texas — The attorney for Nicole Grams, a former Marlin animal control officer facing multiple animal cruelty charges , is seeking dismissal of all charges while alleging evidence tampering and witness intimidation.

Grams faces 10 total charges: one felony cruelty to non-livestock animals and nine misdemeanor cruelty charges stemming from allegations of abuse at Marlin's Animal Control Center.
