FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The Fresno County Sheriff's Office is asking for the community's help in finding a man who was reported missing a week ago.

According to deputies, 41-year-old Paul Anthony Sanchez has been missing since Sept. 15. He was last seen in downtown Fresno and is considered "At-Risk" due to medical issues

Sanchez is 5 feet 9 inches tall, 150 lbs., with brown eyes and a shaved head. He also has a small tattoo near his left eye.
