An incensed eastern suburbs mother has raised the roof after she was prohibited from storing her child’s yellow toy convertible in the underground carpark of their upmarket apartment complex.

Elizabeth Huang’s exclusive unit block consists of 122 apartments and also has idyllic rooftop gardens and an exquisite 360-degree view of the ocean and city skyline.

Ms Huang and her family purchased a three-bed, three-bathroom unit for an eye-watering $2.5 million and have lived in the complex since 2021.

However, the affluent mum has copped flack for slotting her child’s bright yellow toy convertible in a parking space reserved for motorcycles in the building’s underground carpark.

The expansive carpark has numerous electric vehicles charging points, a car wash service and car-share spaces.
