At Tuesday night's regular meeting of the Bullhead City Council, Mayor Rodney Head issued three proclamations. The first declared Oct. 1 National Night Out in Bullhead City, the second marked Oct. 5-11 as National Fire Prevention Week and the third recognized Sept. 17-23 as Constitution Week.
