Pockets of fog sunrise Tuesday will again give way to mostly sunny skies with temps reaching the mid 80s by early afternoon. Highs will flirt with 90° Wednesday and Thursday ahead of our next rain chance late week.

High pressure slides offshore Tuesday into Wednesday with a wind shift more easterly to southeasterly leading to a warming trend—highs jump into the upper 80s to near 90 inland Wednesday (around 80 at the beaches). Aside from a quick sea-breeze shower, most stay rain-free midweek.

Late week, our next weather-maker arrives. A slow moving cold front will ease in on Friday. Isolated showers or thunderstorms will start to pop up Thursday evening, becoming more numerous Friday and Saturday as the front lingers near the coast.
