A house filled with rubbish is set to go under the hammer for £40,000, with house hunters advised to wear full PPE as it's deemed 'unsafe to enter'.

The three-bedroom property in North Wales comes complete with all its contents, including bird cages and numerous plastic boxes and bags.

Situated in the village of Nantlle, next to Llyn Nantlle Uchaf in Gwynedd, the house belonged to a deceased woman and has a starting bid of £40,000.

If you can look past the strew of rubbish, the semi-detached property boasts three bedrooms, a bathroom, and two reception rooms with an open plan kitchen.
