CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The suspect in downtown Cincinnati’s “violent attack” who is accused of punching a woman in her face and knocking her unconscious returned to court Monday but didn’t get what he wanted.
Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Alison Hatheway rejected Patrick Rosemond’s request for a bond reduction from $500,000 to $100,000 at 10%.
The other brawl suspects under indictment with him are scheduled to appear in court for their pretrial hearings at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Police and prosecutors say Rosemond, 38, punched and knocked out Holly, the woman at the center of one of the many viral videos of the July 26 melee at Fourth and Elm streets that threw Cincinnati into the global spotlight.
