SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Good morning! Another mostly dry and warm day is in store for the ArkLaTex, but big changes are on the way due to tonight’s cold front. Highs should hit the lower to mid-90s for most areas around the region, with a few in our Louisiana parishes only hitting the upper 80s. This will be due to isolated storms being possible through this afternoon!

The strong cold front moves through the region starting tonight and spills over into the early afternoon on Wednesday! The storms along the front could turn severe at times.

The areas with the highest risk for severe weather will be around and north of I-30, as they are under a Level 2/5 - Slight Risk for severe weather. Damaging winds, large hail, flash flooding, and tornadoes are all possible threats associated with the
