Scattered to widespread showers and storms continue to move in and through the region this morning. Wet weather will remain through the morning and at least into the early afternoon hours.

Scattered showers and storms will redevelop anytime during the day on Wednesday.

Widespread rain and storms

A cold front is likely to move into the area on Thursday producing widespread showers and storms. There could be a few strong or isolated severe storms with gusty winds and heavy rain. This storm risk will end sometime Thursday evening.

Drier weekend change

Scattered showers may linger on Friday and into Saturday, but overall drier air moves into the region over the weekend eliminating rain chances by Sunday.

Temperatures will be above average this weekend in the low 80s
