Louisville Metro Government agreed to pay just over $6 million to LDG Development to settle a 2017 lawsuit.

The lawsuit centered on Metro Council's handling of a request to rezone land to build affordable housing for seniors in East Louisville.

LDG Development said claims levied against the City of Prospect in the case are expected to go to trial.
