A West Lothian beauty retail shop is set to shut up shop for good after the company fell into administration. ‌

Bodycare, located in The Centre, Livingston, will be one of the brand's last shops to close after the company collapsed into administration earlier this month and was unable to secure a buyer for its chain of stores in the UK. ‌

Administrators at advisory firm Interpath said this meant it had made the difficult decision to close them down. ‌

Bodycare was founded in 1970 in Lancashire and sold beauty products, fragrances and other bathroom items. READ MORE: Revived West Lothian village food hub praised for feeding community

Its stores were based in shopping centres and high streets in towns and cities across the UK.
