COVINGTON, Ky. —

Traffic is backed up on the Brent Spence Bridge in downtown Cincinnati following a crash on Interstate 75 Tuesday morning.

According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, the northbound lanes were closed at Sixth Street. Lanes have since reopened, but traffic is backed up into Kentucky. Alternate routes are advised. A vehicle flipped in the crash, emergency dispatchers said.

Injuries are unknown at this time.

It is unclear what caused the crash.
