UNIVERSITY CITY (WPVI) -- You can find Shon Emmanuel, aka Chef Sunflower, in the southwest corner of 30th Street station, fittingly stationed under a sunflower-filled billboard for Maryland Tourism.

Chef Sunflower makes everything from a vegan turkey hoagie to a char-seared bacon cheeseburger. There's a tuna salad sandwich and a chicken salad wrap.

Her sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is the best seller.

She makes a Philly cheesesteak, with scratch-made buffalo chicken and cheese and a crab cake sandwich made from hearts of palm.

Growing up, Chef Sunflower worked summers in her late grandfather's restaurant, Supreme Oasis, which started in Baltimore, Maryland.
