Chef Sunflower makes everything from a vegan turkey hoagie to a char-seared bacon cheeseburger. There's a tuna salad sandwich and a chicken salad wrap.
Her sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is the best seller.
She makes a Philly cheesesteak, with scratch-made buffalo chicken and cheese and a crab cake sandwich made from hearts of palm.
Growing up, Chef Sunflower worked summers in her late grandfather's restaurant, Supreme Oasis, which started in Baltimore, Maryland.
When her family moved the restaurant to 44th Street and Lancaster Avenue in West Philadelphia, 6 years ago, Shon wa
