NAUGATUCK, Conn. (WTNH) -- A man has been charged with manslaughter in connection with an overdose death that happened earlier this year in Naugatuck, police said.

According to police, 36-year-old Roydney Coriano was charged with manslaughter.

On March 23, 2025, authorities responded to a suspected overdose. Police found James Gramolini, 51, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said they also found bags with suspected drugs.

According to police, this is the second time the suspect has been linked to an overdose. In 2018, he was charged with negligent homicide after police said he allegedly supplied a man with drugs that caused his death.

Forensic analysis found the cause of Gramolini's death to be acute drug intoxication, police said.
