DENVER (KDVR) — Rainfall continues in the metro through the morning and the afternoon, meanwhile in the high country there is a winter weather advisory that is set to continue through 6 p.m.
Mountain passes could become slick with a light coating of snow, and up to 4 to 10 inches of snowfall will accumulate on high mountain passes.

The first full day of fall will bring much cooler and wetter conditions. High temperatures in the metro will only reach the mid to upper 50s, which is 20 degrees below normal for this time of year.
