EDF is sending a free £150 to state pensioners on top of the Winter Fuel Payment they will receive from the Department for Work and Pensions ( DWP ).

The Warm Home Discount Scheme offers electricity customers a one-off payment of £150 who are potentially struggling to pay their energy bills during the cold winter months.

If EDF supplied your electricity on August 11, 2024, you will receive the rebate automatically. Starting November 2024, the Department of Work and Pensions will send letters to eligible recipients of the Warm Home Discount – Core Group 1 or Core Group 2 rebate.
