What started as a simple tea order, Charlie Kirk’s go-to drink, at a Starbucks inside a Kroger store in Ohio turned into an unpleasant surprise for one customer. Autumn Perkins says she was handed her cup only to find the words “racist’s fav drink” written on the side.
Autumn Perkins, who lives in Middletown, told Fox News that she had ordered Kirk’s preferred drink — a Mint Majesty tea with two honeys — on Sunday evening when she noticed the message on her cup.
“I was shocked,” Perkins said. “It’s time for people to stop this nonsense.” She added that “actions have repercussions,” noting that the employee later admitted to writing the words and was fired after she spoke to the manager.
Starbucks called the act “unacceptable” and reiterated that its policies prohibit negative messages,
