ANN ARBOR, MI — The Real Seafood Co. has been in downtown Ann Arbor for 50 years, but whether it stays in the coming years may depend on a few things.

“If I’m going to invest $3 to $4 million here in Ann Arbor, tell me why I should, why here versus some of the other markets that we’re looking at,” Kevin Gudejko said he told Mayor Christopher Taylor in a meeting Friday, Sept. 19.
